We will present (1) the comparison of direct binding and bridging assay platforms for screening pre-existing anti-AAV total antibodies; (2) the effect of sulfo-tag conjugation to AAV vectors on antibody affinity and sensitivity in MSD-based bridging assay; (3) a comparison of total AAV antibody assay and neutralizing antibody assay; (4) a novel neutralizing antibody confirmatory assay.
